The FBM207/b/c Voltage monitor/contact sensing input module functions as a 16-channel DC voltage monitor or a 16-channel contact sensor. Each channel accepts 2-wire input from a DC voltage source (FBM207) or to a contact or solid-state switch (FBM207b/ FBM207c). Related Terminal components (TAs) support discrete input signals at 60v DC, 120v AC/ 125v DC or 240v AC voltages. For voltages above 60v DC, TAs has additional signal conditioning hardware that provides voltage attenuation and optical isolation.
The FBM207B is a controller manufactured by FOXBORO. It has a compact design and robust extruded aluminum appearance for physical protection of circuits. In addition, it has a rugged design for harsh industrial environments. The benefits of FBM207B include: Compact, rugged design for enclosures in G3 (harsh) environments. Each input is current-isolated, externally excited isolated group. Execute programs for discrete input, ladder logic, pulse counting, and event sequences with configurable input filtering time options. Single or redundant module. Sixteen discrete inputs. Terminal components (ta) for local or remote connection of field cabling to the FBM207, terminal components that power equipment inside and/or outside loops in each channel.
